      The very foundation that is needed in order to start a business that will end up being successful, is a dream. Dreams act as a force to the journey of entrepreneurship thats while an entrepreneur without a dream of where he is going, can easily be pushed around by little wind.       I usually tell people that the reason while business men and women in Africa are satisfied with a little company with just a headquarter and maybe another branch is because of their thinking capacity. When you think big, you will not be satisfied with the little level that you are now.The difference between an american and an african is the way they think. A young american wants to be like or even richer than bill Gate, but an african is satisfied with just a 3- bedroom flat, a car or two and thats all.

 3. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
      You can understands very well the 1st, and 2nd secrets but without the 3rd,no where for you.Believe in yourself i.e have faith in your ability.believe you can do anything as long as you put your mind to it.

 4. BE PREPARED FOR CRITICISMS
      Criticisms will always come because Dogs will always bark. People are so scared of venturing into a new kind of venture because they are scared of what people will say. Note this that people will always have something to say. even if you refuse to do anything, people will criticise you by saying "we thought he/she had graduated, what is he/her still doing at home. Starting a business requires a low attention to critics. And never you discard all criticisms into the trash can because some might be useful.

      Alot of youth, are entrepreneurial minded,but you cant be called an entrepreneur until you have started doing something.      Like i always say,when your paper qualification fails,try your inborn qualification.  9. BE FOCUSED
    You have a goal and a target that you are pursuing, so never allow yourself to loose focus of your target. Imagine an athlete on a 200m race, who already has so much confidence in himself that he is going to win the price, and he is runing towards his target. Once he starts loosing focus of where he is going, he starts reducing in speed. Loosing of focus in business, reduces the pace of growth of the business.

    Alot of issues bothering small business owners is the issue of moving the business from one stage to another.    Until you dream it, you can pursue it. lack of dreams have hindered alot of business growth. Dreams either make a man a star, or make him stagnant in business. Some months ago, i met 3 young teenagers playing outside my house,i called them and asked each one of them what they would love to be in future. one said "he would love to be a pilot", while the second said an "engineer" and the third of about 17years of age looked at me and said he would love to be a "carpenter" and i asked him why? he replied and said Because his father is a carpenter.   2. SIGHT  
   A wise man said what you see you get. Are you scared whenever you see other companies in your line of business? One thing to do in other to reign in the midst of competition is to have a large sight of where you want your business to be. Alot of entrepreneurs are so scared of the competition they see around them, so they would just prefer to play it low because of their sight.      
 
  3. FEAR 
   One major  thing that is reducing the speed of business growth in the world today is FEAR. fear can kill dreams, and sight. Some business men / women would have taken steps that would have catapulted their businesses to the peak but because of fear, they are still where they are now.

       Religion belief, has so stagnated alot of businesses in Africa. Some believe that rich men don't go to heave so because of that, they are satisfied with the little store or kiosk that they have.The devil is busy taking advantage of the ignorance of christians in africa.        
 
  5. DOING ANOTHER MANS BUSINESS 
       The fact that you are in a place,and a business idea flashes past your mind doesn't necessary means that it belongs to you. Whenever i receive any business idea from heaven, instead of rushing to start, i just get on my knees and ask  lord who owns this?. this is one of the hindrance of businesses today that people don't know about. You cant get involved in every business you think about. there rare always businesses that belongs to you.      
 
  6. VISION  
       Vision gives you strength in times of ranging storms in your business. When you know where you are going to, you will never be bothered about what you are going through. So vision shows you your starting point, your place, and your destination.    
 
  7. CREATIVITY 
       Lack of creativity,hinders the growth of businesses. Nothing stands a business out other than creativity. creativity gives you the strength in times of competition. if you know that you are not creative enough, no need to give up;you can simply employ an intrapreneur who has a vast creative mindset.

  8. INGENUITY
      If you discover that you are not growing in business, check your ingenuity level with your customers.You cant be waiting for the big blow customers that will provide the funds that your business need without taking good care and engaging the little customers that you have in a genuine way. Note that nothing advertise a company more than its genuine profile.      

  9. IMPROPER PLANNING
       You cant build a ten storey building on a bungalow foundation. for instance, when you are planning your business, you should it up to the stage where  your company will be needing a private jet to transport its goods and staffs

       I know that alot of people would not believe this, but its real. cant you imagine that despite the fact that you are not practicing any of the hindrances but still yet, your business is still not growing.Curses have hindered alot of businesses most especially those in the continent of Africa. Curses are real, but more real are generational curses. Can you imagine a father taking an oath in a shrine and agreeing to the terms that neither him or his generations to come will ever travel out of his country because of the position that belongs to his lineage.
